There is no upfront listing cost till your products sells. All Acutesphere sellers get free product listings till you sell. Listing Fees and Service Fees will only be billed if your item sells. I want everyone to see my stuff. How do I do that?
Now you sound like a seller! Helping buyers find your stuff begins with a great listing. Take great photos (you can post 4 of them for free), write a descriptive title, and describe your item with as much detail as you can. Do that and you’ll definitely increase your chances.

How do I get the best price for my item?
You can decide to go for an auction-style or a fixed-price listing. Auction-style listings can be exciting, and you may earn a higher than expected price this way. With a fixed-price listing, you decide how much your stuff is worth. This might help sell it quickly.

Selling sounds easy, but how do I get paid?
Depending on any of the 3 payment options you selected while listing, Once your item sells on Acutesphere, all payments are safely and securely handled by for an additional fee. What happens after my stuff sells? I still have to ship it out, right?
Naturally! We are only expanding your reach, not changing your business' process flow. You can also sell your item with local/buyer pickup in mind -- just arrange a pickup time and location with your buyer after they’ve paid for the item.

Will I pay local sales tax on my purchases?
Yes. Since does business in all states in Nigeria, we have to carefully follow the many federal, state and local tax codes when purchases are made at our online store. That's why we need your location when you list. The sales tax in your area will automatically be included in your web purchase.

When is my order charged to my credit card? And when is it credited if I return the part?
When payment is made with Debit/Credit card, we charge immediately and place in escrow the amount of purchase. Seller will only receive payment when item has been received by buyer. If buyer returns an item within the minimum allowance of 3 days, we will provide a refund for that amount when the seller receives the item.

Is there a maximum order size?
No. The only exception will be on occasional special offers that have a limit per order.

How do I check my order status?

Absolutely. But remember, due to regulations and ordinances of the Environmental Protection Agency and other government agencies, all flammable and hazardous materials cannot be shipped through the mail without following strict procedures and absorbing significant price increases.

Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?
Yes. Your order can be cancelled up until the moment it's shipped. Orders with certain types of special order items, such as, items that are shipped directly from vendor locations, cannot be canceled. How do I return something I've purchased online?
All products can be returned. To return your purchase directly to the seller, follow the instructions on the shipping invoice or read the Online Return Policy.

Do I pay shipping for parts I return to Seller?
You don't pay shipping if the part is returned due to Seller's mistake. For instance, if you are shipped the wrong part or if it is damaged in shipping, seller will pay the return shipping expense. Simply correspond with seller to arrange for your return shipping.
